100 Days to Laundry Worthy Abs

WOD

Hike 9 miles and vertical ft to top of half dome including some crazy steep granite staircase and even steeper cable sections where people have no idea how to navigate them, do 1 burpee, and reverse.  11 Hours!!!  Quite the hike!

Been a whike

Well itl’s been a while since I posted but I have been sticking to the zone diet…for the most part. Now that I have a phone that likes tumblr better I will try to post more so I don’t have too many slip ups, especially considering I’m really starting to see results.

Breakfast

  • 1 Cup yogurt, 2 cup strawberries, 12 almonds (2P, 4C, 4F)

  • 2 low carb tortilla (1C)

  • 1 oz shredded mexican mix cheese (1P)
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper (.4C)
  • 1/2 cup Onion (.4C)
  • Peach Salsa
  • 1 Tangerine (1C)
  • 1 cup strawberries (1C)
  • 1 Almonds

Snack

  • Some sort of bar.  Can’t remember what it’s called but it was about 1.5P, 3C, 3F
  • Added 1 oz Cheese to get P up to 2.5

Incredible cafe Chicken Pita Ranch

  • Chicken Pita with ranch on side (4P,2C, 3F).  Ate only half Pita

  • Fruit Smoothie with mixed berries, protein powder and 12 almonds (4 Blocks)

5/19 Meals

Totally not feeling well on Tuesday.  Getting over a bought of food poisoning from…not sure what.  Sushi maybe?  It was not fun.

  • Trader Joes Turkey Meatballs (5P) in spaghetti sauce

Bit of a carb heavy day.  Perhaps I owe some burpees for this one.

Snack

  • 1/2 cup yogurt and probably 20 almonds.  Making up for dinner

Dinner

Sushi

  • 1.5 Roll with rice
  • .5 Roll without rice
  • 2 sashimi tuna pieces no rice

I really have no idea how to judge this one.  If I had to guess, maybe 3-4P and 2C since I only had rice around the rolls.  Maybe more like 3C

Desert

  • No sugar added blueberry frozen yogurt with ~1C of mixed fruit on top (3C)

Total 3-4P, 5-6C, 0F

Snack

  • 1 oz cheese, 1 oz turkey (2P)
  • 8 Wheat thins (1C)
  • 1 cup strawberries (1C)
  • Almonds (2F)
  • And the kicker, 1 cup of cheerios (2.5C)

I totally ended up regretting eating the cheerios as the totally made me crash.  To make up for it I ended up eating 1 more oz of cheese to try to balance.  Didn’t work to well.  Lesson learned
