Bit of a carb heavy day. Perhaps I owe some burpees for this one.
Snack
- 1/2 cup yogurt and probably 20 almonds. Making up for dinner
Dinner
Sushi
- 1.5 Roll with rice
- .5 Roll without rice
- 2 sashimi tuna pieces no rice
I really have no idea how to judge this one. If I had to guess, maybe 3-4P and 2C since I only had rice around the rolls. Maybe more like 3C
Desert
- No sugar added blueberry frozen yogurt with ~1C of mixed fruit on top (3C)
Total 3-4P, 5-6C, 0F
Snack
- 1 oz cheese, 1 oz turkey (2P)
- 8 Wheat thins (1C)
- 1 cup strawberries (1C)
- Almonds (2F)
- And the kicker, 1 cup of cheerios (2.5C)
I totally ended up regretting eating the cheerios as the totally made me crash. To make up for it I ended up eating 1 more oz of cheese to try to balance. Didn’t work to well. Lesson learned

- Steak thingy on a pita (only ate half pita) with avocado and mixed veggies (4P, 4F, 3C)
