100 Days to Laundry Worthy Abs

Bit of a carb heavy day.  Perhaps I owe some burpees for this one.

Snack

  • 1/2 cup yogurt and probably 20 almonds.  Making up for dinner

Dinner

Sushi

  • 1.5 Roll with rice
  • .5 Roll without rice
  • 2 sashimi tuna pieces no rice

I really have no idea how to judge this one.  If I had to guess, maybe 3-4P and 2C since I only had rice around the rolls.  Maybe more like 3C

Desert

  • No sugar added blueberry frozen yogurt with ~1C of mixed fruit on top (3C)

Total 3-4P, 5-6C, 0F

Snack

  • 1 oz cheese, 1 oz turkey (2P)
  • 8 Wheat thins (1C)
  • 1 cup strawberries (1C)
  • Almonds (2F)
  • And the kicker, 1 cup of cheerios (2.5C)

I totally ended up regretting eating the cheerios as the totally made me crash.  To make up for it I ended up eating 1 more oz of cheese to try to balance.  Didn’t work to well.  Lesson learned

Lunch

Redondo Beach Brewery while watching the Hawks lose to Detroit :(  So Sad!

  • Steak thingy on a pita (only ate half pita) with avocado and mixed veggies (4P, 4F, 3C)
  • Mixed salad with balsamic vinegar (1C)

Total 4P, 4C, 4F

Breakfast

Berry Smoothie

  • 1 Cup strawberries (1C)
  • 1.5 cup mixed berries (3C)
  • Protein powder (4P)
  • 12 Almons (4F)
