Dinner
Chicken quesadilla
- 2 low carb tortilla (1C)
- 3 oz chicken (3P)
- 1 oz shredded mexican mix cheese (1P)
- 1/2 cup Red Pepper (.4C)
- 1/2 cup Onion (.4C)
- Peach Salsa
- 1 Tangerine (1C)
- 1 cup strawberries (1C)
- 1 Almonds
Total: 4P, 3.8C, 4F
Snack
- Some sort of bar. Can’t remember what it’s called but it was about 1.5P, 3C, 3F
- Added 1 oz Cheese to get P up to 2.5

Lunch
Incredible cafe Chicken Pita Ranch
- Chicken Pita with ranch on side (4P,2C, 3F). Ate only half Pita
- Side Salad with oil and vinegar (1C 2F)
- Small apple (1.5C)

Breakfast
- Fruit Smoothie with mixed berries, protein powder and 12 almonds (4 Blocks)
