Snack

  • 1/2 cup yogurt with nuts (1 block)

Dinner

Chicken quesadilla

  • 2 low carb tortilla (1C)
  • 3 oz chicken (3P)
  • 1 oz shredded mexican mix cheese (1P)
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper (.4C)
  • 1/2 cup Onion (.4C)
  • Peach Salsa
  • 1 Tangerine (1C)
  • 1 cup strawberries (1C)
  • 1 Almonds

Total: 4P, 3.8C, 4F

Snack

  • Some sort of bar.  Can’t remember what it’s called but it was about 1.5P, 3C, 3F
  • Added 1 oz Cheese to get P up to 2.5

Lunch

Incredible cafe Chicken Pita Ranch

  • Chicken Pita with ranch on side (4P,2C, 3F).  Ate only half Pita
  • Side Salad with oil and vinegar (1C 2F)
  • Small apple (1.5C)

4P, 4.5C, 5F

Breakfast

  • Fruit Smoothie with mixed berries, protein powder and 12 almonds (4 Blocks)
